Happy April Reader!

March flew by over here for us with spring break and lots of visitors (I live in Orlando so last minute friends popping in for a few days is par for the course and I absolutely love it)

Admittedly for me, March was more about hosting and dining out with friends who were visiting than cooking as much as I normally do, but I'm ready for April to get back into a routine and cook my own food!

Here are 10 recipes I'm looking forward to making this month...

strawberry shortcake waffles

Made with Greek yogurt and honey, topped with fresh strawberries! These freeze so well for prep too

sausage, spinach and cheese egg muffins

These are so simple to prep, freeze well and are great for a grab and go breakfast or spring brunch!

deviled eggs with relish + pickle juice

Easter is around the corner and these deviled eggs are a MUST!

everything bagel salmon

Just 3-ingredients! This is a simple, easy dinner any night of the week.

pesto pasta: one pot

pasta with pesto sauce and light chicken sausage with greens makes a complete meal in one pot for a tasty spring dinner!

With marinated chicken, artichokes, olives, and Italian meats, this salad has loads of flavor.
