I just took my last trip of the season (to Siesta Key Beach!) and while it's still summer around here, I'm very ready for a routine and nothing gets me back into one, then with a good slow-cooker dinner. Here are FIVE slow-cooker dinner ideas to plan this week:- Whole30 Salsa Shredded Chicken made in the slow-cooker or instant pot! I love this chicken for salads and bowls, and obviously the perfect way to celebrate Taco Tuesday! - I love all things Buffalo flavored, and this Slow-Cooker Buffalo Chicken is always a winner in our house! I love it stuffed in sweet potatoes, salads, and sometimes mac and cheese on the weekends. - Paleo Pumpkin Chili with Ground Turkey - and it's perfect for making in advance and freezing. - Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin with Apples and Brussels Sprouts is seriously fall on a plate. Plus, it's easy! - This Whole30 Beef Stir-Fry is so tasty and while stir-fry in the skillet or wok isn't hard to make, this is great to prep early in the day, and your house will smell so good! Have a great week! Nichole |
