dinner inspo for your menu this week!

Happy Sunday! Here are 5-dinner ideas to inspire your menu this week. Cheers!

dinners to make this week:

buffalo chicken sweet potatoes

you can use my crockpot buffalo chicken or any shredded chicken/rotisserie, stuffed into a sweet potato with a drizzle of ranch if you're into it!

chicken blt salad

Protein packed and delicious! Tossed in a Dijon vinaigrette.

Thai chicken lettuce wraps

ground chicken lettuce wraps with a little jalapeno and honey for flavor. Feel free to bulk this up with rice or serve as-is, to keep low-carb.

italian sausage foil packets

perfect on the grill or oven (or air fryer!), lots of flavor with peppers, sausage and potatoes!

cuban sandwich quesadillas

This one calls for a slow-cooker mojo pork, so it's fun way to end the week, but you could also find pre-marinated pork at most grocery stores these days, and can take that short cut. Then assemble as a quesadilla and kick off the weekend!

easy lunch ideas to try:

Have a great week!

xoxo, Nichole
