If you need dinner ideas this week, here are five ideas to inspire your menu. Most of them are ready in 35 minutes or less, decently packed with protein and while I'm totally biased here, they're all packed with loads of flavor - enjoy!

dinners to make this week:

salmon fried rice

this one use leftover rice and cauliflower to bulk it up and cut some starch and it's quick, easy, and super filling.

gyro meatballs

made in the air fryer or oven. These are low-carb, flavorful and perfect in a bowl, salad or pita!

chopped chicken antipasto salad

marinated chicken, Italian meats, artichokes - this one is filling and flavorful!

turmeric chicken thighs

a quick marinade to season the chicken, before roasting in the oven. I love to serve with a side of rice and cucumber salad with cilantro.

spaghetti-o's at home!

Nostalgic for the weekend! Homemade and way better ingredients than the canned stuff we grew up on. I include a recipe for mini meatballs that you can make quickly or omit altogether - up to you.
